Take appropriate care to avoid wetting the surface within 4 hours of completing the resurfacing job.

If the benchtops have been re-finished, they need to be kept untouched for 24 hours. This helps in hardening and curing of the surface.

Clean with warm water and liquid detergents. This helps in cleaning the fixture without dulling the finish.

- Do not use excessive force for removing grease and dirt. It may result in scratches or damage to the surface.
- Never use an abrasive cloth.
- Don’t use abrasive cleaners which come in the form of powder or cream.
- Don’t use acids on the finished surfaces. If you need to clean the drain, pour it directly into the opening, without spilling it over the surrounding surface.
- Never allow a nail polish remover to come into contact with the finished surface.
- Use a chopping board or pot plate; never keep hot vessels directly on the finished surface.
